We ordered our food well over an hour ago with priority. Our food tracker said it had been delivered when it hadn’t been so I called the store and his advice was just to wait a few minutes more as the tracker is sometimes delayed. I waited another half an hour. I tried calling and was out on hold for about 5 minutes. They finally answered but no one spoke to me, it’s like they just picked up the phone and placed it down. So I called again. A girl answered didn’t even say hello and said ‘this is for the missing pizzas right? We’ve been really busy tonight and your order got lost somehow’ I seriously had to laugh. The way she spoke she clearly didn’t care. Props for remaking me food right now and sending it back out and refunding me my priority money after I had to ask for it. I’m even getting it in coins 🤣
I wonder how long this one will take and if it’ll get lost again 🤣
We have bought pizzas from this store numerous times and never had a problem. We have a mixture of vegan cheese, cheesy crust, gluten free sour dough base as well as normal base.
Grand Daughter brought pizza and chicken wings. Wings still raw and after ringing and complaining was told they would get back in touch no phone call. Not a happy customer.
I got the credit for a small work event for your hard work. 20 assorted pizzas delivered RIGHT ON TIME! Pizzas still hot and great flavour as always. I made a change to delivery date, bringing it forward, and this was met without fuss. Contact and communication by phone, also fuss free. Thank you Dominos Ormeau team.
Last night we had some visitors over for dinner. We placed a delivery order with Dominoes Ormeau at 5:30pm. At 7pm our order had still not been delivered. I called to find out when our order was being delivered. I was told that our order would be remade and delivered within 20min. 25 minutes later I rang again as we still had not received our order. At this stage our guests need to leave. I rang back and was told that our delivery had been delivered twice. The manager never spoke with me, I spoke with a lovely young lady that was very apologetic and polite. Our delivery got to us at 7:45pm. The driver said he had the wrong address. I am so embarrassed that our guests left without having any dinner and my three young children had to wait until 7:45pm to get dinner.
I ended up with food poisoning after having a chicken pizza. Half an hour later after eating, I wasn't well and was sick for a week with salmonella.

Any dominoes enthusiast would know that cheesy garlic scrolls are the best menu item.
However, upon my recent purchases I have opened the boxes full of anticipation, and found cheesy garlic scrolls without the garlic.
These things used to be so greasy the box would be leaking, now they have literally no garlic butter.
Please rename the items to "cheese" scrolls and not "cheesy garlic" scrolls as there is no garlic on them anymore.
